Produced through cold extraction within just a few hours of harvest and bottled in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality. It features an intensely fruity aroma, balanced bitterness, and a long, elegant spicy finish—with notes of fresh herbs, flowers, olive leaves, green grass, pine nuts, and vanilla.
